Work Hours and Salary
Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00, £23,000 – £26,000 (dependent on experience)
We are committed to delivering broadband infrastructure in numerous areas. The role of the Planner is crucial in this process by allocating, scheduling, and issuing jobs to suppliers.
Main Responsibilities
* Accepting jobs and allocating these to the necessary suppliers
* Scheduling works to be completed
* Liaising with clients regarding job queries
* Ensuring delivery forecast trackers and documents are kept up to date daily
* Liaising with other departments within the company
* Assisting with closing down jobs once works have been completed
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Computer literate – experience of working with Microsoft Office tools
* Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
* Strong administration and organisation skills
* Ability to work well under pressure, ensure deadlines are met and manage business expectations
