Data cleansing work involving manual data entry and phone calls to external stakeholders to confirm information.
Work will be guided by a data cleansing plan and will include:
- Confirming corporation information with nominated contacts
- Updating information in corporation records in accordance with advice
- Amending other records as required.
- Improve quality of data collected from corporations such as ABNs, director details and addresses.
- Removing duplicate records.
- Calling up the contact people of corporations to confirm data.
- Microsoft office suites - Excel
Training will be provided on internal systems, as well undertaking tasks.
To be considered for this position you **must **already have baseline clearance or in the process of obtaining one.
