Our client is looking for a 'do-er' to join their team to support across Administration based functions where your planning, organisational, scheduling and capacity to multi-task will be drawn upon daily.
This role will see you working in Singleton and supporting Team Leaders and Senior Staff with adhoc administrative tasks, however your core responsibilities will see you scheduling appointments, booking inductions and cross referencing documentation to ensure employees have the correct tickets and licenses for various sites.
Along with your strong administration skillset you will bring confident communication skills and the capacity to multi-task.
**Essentially your background will include**:
- Previous experience in coordinating inductions, medicals etc.
- Current experience across Administration at a senior level
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced computer skills with the capacity to learn new systems
- A self starter with previous multi-tasking experience
