Job Description
The Systems Engineering Team Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of skilled engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of engineering artefacts throughout the product lifecycle. Reporting to the Systems Engineering Manager, this role combines technical expertise with strategic oversight, guiding investigations, documentation, and compliance with engineering standards.
This involves planning and monitoring engineering activities, making multi-domain decisions, and maintaining secure technical records. The Team Lead also plays a key role in mentoring staff, driving process improvements, and contributing to business development through bid preparation and stakeholder engagement.
