We are seeking an experienced retail professional to lead our team as a Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and train a team of up to 20 staff members.
* Drive the company's values within the store team.
* Maintain high standards of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
* Liaise with stock allocators and work independently to maintain optimal stock levels throughout the store.
* Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports and team compliance.

Requirements

* Similar experience in a retail or hospitality role.
