At Fortescue, we believe great projects are built by diverse, collaborative, and passionate people. We're expanding our team and currently looking for both a Senior Project Manager and a Project Manager to help lead and deliver a wide range of exciting projects.
Leading the delivery of a portfolio of projects covering all aspects of the end to end delivery of commercial office fit outs, light industrial (warehouse / workshops), and greenfield development projects. In carrying out all tasks and duties, the Senior Project Manager is to act in a professional manner and display the Fortescue values at all times.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery (projects vary in size and complexity)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Lead or manage project planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and company policies
- Manage consultant and contractor procurement
- Monitor progress against key milestones: time, cost, and quality
- Build solid relationships with stakeholders and team members
- Manage risk identification and mitigation
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Property, Construction, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in commercial projects is a plus (but not a requirement)
- Financial literacy and budgeting skills
- For Project Manager role: some project experience and eagerness to learn
- For Senior Project Manager role: proven leadership and project management experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
