Administrative Support Position

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to provide administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative assistance to the General Manager, including diary management, communications assistance, and security of confidential information.
* Coordinate membership communications and guest relations.
* Assist with operational tasks for the Leadership team.

Requirements:

* A warm and welcoming demeanor.
* Experience in hotel administration (ideally duty manager or above).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
