Service Management Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Service Manager to lead our team of professionals in delivering exceptional service excellence. This on-site position offers the chance to support, lead, and coach a thriving team of like-minded individuals.
The successful candidate will be required to travel within a 200km radius, ensuring effective operations across various locations.
* Ensure Key Performance Indicators and contractual obligations are consistently met and exceeded;
* Establish clear direction for the effective operation of your team;
* Develop a culture of performance across the business;
* Provide leadership, supervision, coaching/mentoring, feedback, and opportunities for growth;
* Offer timely and quality monthly financial reporting and forecasting as directed by senior management;
* Maintain transparency with respect to business risk, governance, contractual, and financial performance;
* Foster a team environment that prioritizes client focus and service excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Extensive experience in the employment services industry;
* Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
* Proven management and leadership skills;
* Able to motivate employees and work with clients to overcome challenges;
* Confident liaising with multiple stakeholders;
* Able to work towards Key Performance Indicators and drive placements resulting in sustainable employment;
* A current Driver's License is essential.
