About The Role
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contract preparation, execution, and ongoing maintenance. This role is pivotal in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth communication across departments, supporting efficient delivery of contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, format, and maintain accurate contract documentation.
* Update and manage contract databases for accessibility and compliance.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure completeness and policy alignment.
* Act as a key liaison between internal teams, communicating updates to stakeholders.
* Assist with reports, contract performance summaries, and negotiation support.
Skills And Experience Required
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Experience in contract administration or related fields.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively across teams.
* Proficient in document management and reporting.
