Job Summary
* This position is responsible for ensuring the safe operation and design of Tailings Storage Facilities (TSFs) and Surface Infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have experience in reviewing designs, analyzing stability and water balance data, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct daily TSF surveillance, including inspections, instrumentation readings, and variance follow-up.
* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-practice outcomes.
* Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
* Communicate effectively across operations and technical teams.
