Recovery Worker Role
As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in our residential programs, working closely with individuals and their clinical care teams.
You will lead engaging groups and activities, offering operational support and contributing to innovative solutions that enhance the program.
Your work will have a significant impact on the quality of our service and the wellbeing of people within our community.
We are looking for a team member with availability to work according to a rotating roster of weekday shifts.
About Our Services
We deliver Prevention and Recovery Care (PARC) & the Specialist Residential Rehabilitation Program (SRRP) in partnership with Goulburn Valley Area Mental Health & Wellbeing Service (GVAMH&WS).
These services operate 24/7, providing a practical environment that facilitates the maintenance of, and/or the development of skills in the domains of daily living, learning, working, social and health.
Our programs provide clinical and psychosocial support to participants and are underpinned by evidence-based best practice.
