We are seeking a reliable and hands‐on Caretaker to support the day-to-day upkeep and presentation of our high‐end resort properties in Noosa. This is a practical role suited to someone proactive, trustworthy, and proud of maintaining premium standards.
This position will initially be casual, with the potential to transition to a permanent role for the right candidate. Weekend availability is essential.
Hours:
Work is across several properties in Noosa (own transport required)
Key Responsibilities
* Daily checks of common areas, facilities, and outdoor spaces
* General upkeep of public areas to a high presentation standard
* Small maintenance jobs (light repairs, replacing bulbs, minor fixes)
* Light gardening and grounds maintenance
* Bin management, rubbish areas, and basic property upkeep
* Reporting maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
* Assisting with contractors and operational tasks when required
