Manage a major site in Ballarat + 2 smaller sites

**The Client**:
A major international property services provider is seeking a Facility Manager to manage a busy retail portfolio. Based in Ballarat with occasioanal travel to smaller sites.
**The Role**:
- Manage the facilities operations of three retail sites in Western Victoria
- Permanent position with full time hours, working Monday to Friday
- Occasional need to respond to emergencies after hours (not often)
**Duties**:
- Manage daily FM operations
- Day to day management of Ballarat site
- Travel once per month to two other sites
- Coordinate contractors to deliver FM services - cleaning, security, technical maintenance, waste management, pest control, landscaping and projects
- Engage and manage performance of contractors
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships e.g. clients, owners, franchises, tenants, property manager, contracting staff etc.
- Undertake planned preventative maintenance
- Conduct safety and compliance audits
- Conduct property inspections including cleaning and roof access
**Criteria**:
- Experience in Facilities Management is essential
- Experience in Retail is preferred
- Good communication skills to liaise with many points of contact
- Must have your own vehicle to visit smaller sites (kms expensed)
- Be physically mobile to cover landscape and rooftop inspections
- Police check is required
