As the Site Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the facility, manage a diverse team of animal attendants, reception, and trainers, whilst ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You'll be responsible for driving the site's performance, managing bookings, finances, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining a high standard of pet care.
In addition to managing day‐to‐day operations, you'll be hands‐on in providing exceptional pet care, handling customer inquiries, and promoting social media engagement. This role also requires effective rostering, managing peak periods (including school holidays like Christmas and Easter) and ensuring the site operates smoothly during busy times.
