Our client is a well-established, values-driven private practice located in Horsham, in Victoria's beautiful Grampians region. As both a private practice and a training hub for Provisional Psychologists, the clinic is dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care while supporting the ongoing growth and wellbeing of its team.
You'll join a friendly, collaborative group of experienced psychologists who value thoughtful, ethical, and sustainable practice. The clinic is known for its strong supervision framework, regional impact, and supportive approach that promotes professional confidence.
About Your Role
Provide individual therapy using evidence-based, developmentally and culturally responsive approaches.
Conduct cognitive, learning, and developmental assessments.
Complete case notes, letters, and reports — with dedicated, paid admin time built into your schedule.
Facilitate or co-facilitate group programs (e.g., social skills and anxiety treatment groups).
Liaise with GPs, paediatricians, educators, and community services.
Participate in regular supervision, professional development, and peer consultation.
Option to work full-time, part-time, or as a contractor ******** percentage split).
Your Desired Skills & Experience
Registered or Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA (provisional registration accepted if full registration expected by start date).
Excellent clinical formulation, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
Warm, collaborative communicator with a growth mindset and openness to feedback.
Organised, professional, and comfortable working independently and within a team.
Current Working with Children Check and Police Check (or ability to obtain).
Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency

Up to $120,000 salary package (for employed positions) plus 11% superannuation and five weeks' paid annual leave. for the right candidate
