About Your New Role
As a member of our disability support services team in Murwillumbah, you'll be assisting customers with complex needs.
You will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional care and innovative strategies to help customers overcome daily challenges and reach their full potential.
Each day will be unique, but shifts may include assistance with personal care, household duties, cooking and medication management.
Above all, you will provide companionship and build meaningful, caring relationships.
About You
- Excels in complex support environments, including In-Home Supports, Supported Independent Living, Clinical Settings, and Community Access.
- Experience in manual handling and providing personal care including bathing, toileting and dressing
- Maintains effective communication and strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Has extensive experience working with complex support needs and implementing Positive Behavioural Support Plans.
- Can prioritise workloads and respond to emergent situations with ease.
- Is flexible and can work across various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and overnights.

Requirements
- A current Open Driver's Licence.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- 1 year experience in the Disability Sector providing services to individuals with high-complex needs
