* $42.84 per hour + 12% super + Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550
* Part‐time (0.6 FTE), ongoing position
* Based in Wantirna South, working across different Vic sites, with hybrid work options
As our Administration & Data Officer, you'll play an essential role in helping the Youth Mental Health stream run smoothly and effectively. Your work ensures accurate data, efficient processes, and reliable reporting—supporting a team that makes life‐changing impacts for young people and their families.
In this role, you will:
* Maintain accurate, high‐quality data, including client information, allocations, caseloads, and activity records
* Monitor data integrity and support improvements in accuracy and consistency
* Create and deliver reports for internal use and funding bodies
* Produce data insights that support service performance and continuous improvement
* Provide administrative support, including agendas, minutes, document preparation, communication, and coordination
* Support workflow and process improvements, contributing to streamlined and efficient program operations
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Who We're Looking For
You're someone who is organised, thoughtful, and comfortable working with data and systems. You enjoy supporting teams and keeping things running smoothly.
You'll bring:
* Experience in administrative or data‐focused roles within a mental health, community, or not‐for‐profit environment
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Confidence using databases and web‐based systems
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office — particularly Excel
* Ability to interpret data, support reporting processes and manage competing priorities
What Will Make You Stand Out
* Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience
* Understanding of clinical or youth services workflows
* Experience reporting to funding bodies
* Familiarity with social media for simple communications tasks
