Responsibilities
As a Level 2 Customer Service Consultant, your responsibilities would include:
* Acting as the initial point of contact for customer queries regarding plate sales and orders via email, live chat, ticketing system, inbound and outbound calls.
* Promptly address inquiries and concerns by customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
* Act as a product expert, providing accurate and comprehensive information on our range of products, promotions, services and procedures.
* Meet (and exceed) our Sales and Service KPIs through outbound telemarketing.
* Investigate and resolve correspondence inquiries with professionalism in line with the service requirements of the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR).
* Provide level 1 moderation of plate orders, approving and denying submissions in line with internal guidelines.
* Accurately collect, save and file client and order documentation as necessary.
Qualifications
* 1+ years' customer service experience in any industry, call centre preferred
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to articulate information clearly
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
* Strong problem solver, with a proactive and resourceful mindset
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn, and collaborate as a team
* Ability to work autonomously, proactively and show initiative
* Intermediate computer literacy skills within the MS365 suite
* Successful police check required
