Overview
PCS Protective Coating Systems – Bunbury WA is seeking experienced Leading Hands to join our team working across epoxy flooring, commercial waterproofing and concrete remediation projects.
Responsibilities
* Leading and supervising small site crews (2–4 workers)
* Working alongside the team on specialised flooring and remediation works
* Coordinating daily tasks and maintaining site productivity
* Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience as a Leading Hand or supervisor
* Trade background or experience running your own business highly regarded
* Experience in epoxy flooring, waterproofing, concrete repair or similar construction industries advantageous
