The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager – Marketing and Communications, as well as other business unit leaders. Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating complex schedules and ensuring timely delivery of projects
* Triaging high-priority communications and correspondence, applying discretion and judgment in distribution
* Overseeing departmental budgets, including financial performance monitoring and management of project expenses
* Organizing events, meetings, and functions with precision and attention to detail
* Arranging travel and accommodation arrangements with efficiency
* Maintaining meeting minutes and action registers with accuracy
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* 5+ years' experience in providing senior-level executive support in a fast-paced environment
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective service delivery to both internal and external clients
* The ability to work independently, exercising sound judgment and initiative
* Strong conceptualization and drafting skills for communications and presentations
* Effective priority management, planning, and organizational abilities
* A high degree of accuracy, proficiency in grammar and spelling, and meticulous attention to detail
