Logistics Coordinator Job
The ideal candidate will provide coordination and support to the Commercial, Procurement and Logistics team. This role involves coordinating with freight forwarders on shipping, ensuring active approach to site safety policies, and providing inbound scheduling for warehouses nationally.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
* Develop and implement site safety policies in collaboration with teams.
* Coordinate shipping logistics with freight forwarders, including documentation and customs clearance.
* Provide accurate tracking and reporting of shipping materials.
* Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements.
* Work closely with warehouse teams on inbound deliveries and export documents.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in national logistics or distribution coordination/analysis roles.
* Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, 3PL, shipping agents, and freight providers.
* Proficient SAP operational skills.
* Tertiary qualification in procurement, supply chain, engineering, or project management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
