We are seeking a Capable, Technical and Experienced Leader to manage all aspects of the daily Airconditioning trades services business.

About the Role...
As a Services / Sales Manager with En3rgy Solutions, you will work collaboratively with the company directors. The majority of each workday will be directing and managing the service, repair, sales and installation works for residential properties and homeowners.
Applicants must be good communicators, act with integrity and be adaptable in any work situation.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
* A Current Trades License, and Have Management experience 3+ years
* Additional Licensing or Experience is Valuable and the Key to Success
* Capable at troubleshooting, fault finding, repairing, & Directing Techs
* Hold a current Australian driver's license (unrestricted)
* Work hours between 7am and 5 pm on weekdays
* Excellent communication skills with customers and staff
* Accuracy and timeliness with Administration and reporting
* Experienced at quoting and facilitating an exemplary customer experience
* Organized with extraordinary time management and computer skills
