What You'll Do: Lead by example to ensure every guest has a seamless and enjoyable visit across our bars, bistro, gaming & accommodation. Assist in creating, promoting, and executing engaging events and entertainment programs that keep our guests engaged. Support the Venue Manager in hitting business goals, managing budgets, controlling costs, and achieving profitability. Inspire and train a passionate team to deliver exceptional service and build a motivated, high-performing group. Maintain high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and licensing compliance. Manage cash handling, reporting, and stock control with precision.
