Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to manage our accounts receivable function, ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations, and support monthly and year-end financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the accounts receivable function, including invoicing, payment allocations, and debtor management;
* Assist with reviewing the general ledger ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded;
* Support monthly and year-end financial reporting;
* Complete BAS and Payroll Tax reporting in a timely manner;
* Maintain and enhance core finance systems;
* Implement and maintain financial policies, processes, and internal controls;
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis;
* Support payroll processing in collaboration with HR and Payroll teams;
* Deliver ad hoc financial reporting and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance;
* 3+ years' experience in a finance administration or accounting role;
* Proficient in financial software systems (Xero experience highly regarded);
* Strong understanding of financial processes;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
