We’re looking for our next superstar HR Business Partner to join a dynamic & growing business that thrives on delivering great HR advice to small-medium business sector.
About You
- You have a minimum of 10 years of experience. Ideally, you will have spent some of that time consulting to SMEs.
- You embrace technology - our systems are critical to our response rates, so you need to get up to speed with what may be new tech.
- You know how to build great relationships through delivering great support.
- You have the confidence to have difficult conversations and the diplomacy to do so in a way that doesn\'t offend.
- You\'re probably a little overly helpful - don\'t worry, we all are!
- You are generally optimistic, and above all CALM in a crisis.
Our team work from anywhere in Australia, and your work location is your home office. This is a flexible work opportunity - we all work flexible hours.
