Receptionist:

The role will require excellent communication skills, initiative and the ability to think on your feet, duties will include but are not limited to:

About the Role:

* Permanent part-time position
* Rotating roster - 1 week mornings, 1 week afternoons
* Shifts are 7am-12pm & 11am-4pm
* Back to back position
* Opportunity for extra hours to cover leave
* All skill levels and experience levels considered
* Pinjarra Head Office location
* Super paid on all hours worked

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

* Answering and directing incoming calls as required
* Attending to all walk-ins
* Visitor sign in / out
* Contractor inductions register
* Orientation with inductees
* Monitor and action reception inbox
* Assisting departments with administration tasks as required
* All mail and post collection and distribution
* Expense claim processing

About you:

* Excellent communication skills and phone manner
* Pronto, SAP or similar program experience (preferred)
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills
* Good presentation
* Immediate availability (preferred)
* Current and valid driver's licence
* Current National Police Clearance
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen

The successful candidates will be required to meet our pre-employment criteria including drug and alcohol screening prior to an Offer of Employment being made.
