* Key Responsibilities:
* Respond positively to internal and external calls, assisting with guest enquiries and directing them to the appropriate department.
* Provide high-level personalized service to clients and guests.
* Develop and maintain strong hotel product knowledge.
* Operate switchboard effectively, handling calls promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in Call Centre, Reservations, or Reception.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
* An enthusiastic approach and positive guest-centric attitude.
* Attention to detail and superior customer service skills.
* Opera and PABX systems experience is desired.
