Senior Property Manager - up to 2 days from home!
Our client is seeking a Residential Property Manager to manage between 140 - 180 tenancies (depending on experience and salary expectations) around the Manningham area with administration, field services and leasing support.
With long standing employees and a fun and professional culture, the team put a lot of resources into training, career advancement and development.
Majority of the portfolio is local to the office and within 5-10 kms at the most.
About the role
Monday to Friday - NO WEEKNDS!
WFH considered and flexible start/finish times (some PMs do up to 2 days from home)
Property Me, IRE, Inspection Express
Thorough Handover and Induction
Carpark provided off street
Receive 50% of the letting fee for all new business brought on
Monthly rewards/vouchers for 'Property Manger of the Month' based on meeting KPIs, staff nominations and client/tenant testimonials
About You
Friendly, Team Orientated Attitude
Thorough Knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act
Strong communication, customer service and conflict resolution skills
Impeccable attention to detail and highly organised
Outstanding Communication Skills and Building Relationships
Agents Rep/Certificate IV in Real Estate Services and reliable car/valid Drivers License
