The role
As a Landscape Labourer, you will assist in various landscaping tasks across multiple sites, contributing to the construction and maintenance of high-quality outdoor spaces. You will support the team in completing projects efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Your every day
* Perform general landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, weeding, and soil preparation.
* Assist with softscape and hardscape installation, including laying turf, preparing garden beds, and setting pavers.
* Use hand tools and basic machinery for digging, lifting, and transporting materials.
* Support team members with general labour duties, including site clean-up and equipment maintenance.
* Follow instructions to help complete tasks safely and efficiently.
* Help with basic irrigation tasks, such as setting up hoses and watering systems.
* Ensure all work is completed in line with safety protocols and company standards.
Key Requirements:
* Valid driver's license.
* Certificate I or II in Horticulture or Landscaping (desirable).
* Construction White Card (mandatory).
* Previous experience in landscape or construction labouring is preferred but not essential.
* Strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward physical labour.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to follow directions and work under supervision.
* Commitment to safe work practices and attention to detail.
