* Process high-volume payroll for a growing workforce, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Maintain employee personnel files and documents, ensuring exceptional record-keeping and compliance.
* Assist with recruitment, termination, and transfer processes through HRIS systems.
Key Requirements
* Degree in Business Administration or related field
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in HR administration
* Excellent understanding of best practice HR programs and procedures
* Systems experience (Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Suite) highly desirable
