We’re now looking for 6 new CSRs to join our team supporting our growing customer base. About the role: You’ll be joining a close knit and supportive team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), answering inbound calls and assisting energy customers with a range of issues, from queries about their bill, to issues with their power supply. This is a team that genuinely cares about each other, and full training and support will be given for you to excel in the role. As a CSR your days will include a mix of: Taking customer calls and answering queries about their power accounts eg applications for supply, meter reading requests, debt queries etc. Handling customer complaints. Creating service orders, initiating action, and updating customer information in response to customer requests. Arranging appointments for customer service work on behalf of clients. Making outbound customer calls regarding appointment confirmation and debt. Making simple adjustments to customer accounts in accordance with client credit control arrangements. Processing information relating to disconnect/reconnect fees and charges. About you: 1 years’ customer service experience in any industry eg retail, hospitality, call centre. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Strong customer service skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and comfortable handling complaints Strong problem solver, with a proactive and resourceful mindset A positive attitude and willingness to learn, and collaborate as a team Ability to work autonomously, proactively and show initiative Enjoy a fast-paced environment Available to work rotating shifts between 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday What we Offer?
