An innovative, fast-scaling SaaS business is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to support continued growth across the ANZ region. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in solution-based selling and enjoys partnering with customers to solve complex business challenges.
Key responsibilities
* Proactively identify, source, and pursue new business opportunities
* Lead qualification and discovery conversations to uncover customer needs
* Deliver tailored, high-quality solution presentations
* Nurture prospects through the full sales cycle
* Own the end-to-end customer journey from initial engagement through to contract execution
* Leverage modern, AI-driven sales and productivity tools
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
* Provide structured customer feedback to influence product direction
* Contribute positively to team performance and company culture
About you
* 5+ years' experience in B2B SaaS sales
* Demonstrated success in new business acquisition and target achievement
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Natural relationship builder with a consultative sales approach
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market and customer data
* Experience selling HRIS, HCM, HRMS, payroll, or related platforms highly regarded
