About the roleSnowy River Newcastle is seeking a Caravan Service & Repair Technician to join our team in Heatherbrae, NSW.
This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing high-quality service and repair work on caravans.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are well-maintained and ready for their next adventure.What you'll be doingConducting comprehensive inspections, servicing and repairs on all makes and models of caravansTroubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, electrical and plumbing issuesCarrying out scheduled maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specificationsReplacing and repairing parts, components and accessoriesAdvising customers on recommended maintenance and repair workMaintaining detailed records of all work completedEnsuring a high standard of workmanship and customer service at all timesWhat were ideally looking forProven experience as a Caravan Service & Repair Technician or similar role in the automotive/RV industryStrong technical skills and knowledge of caravan and recreational vehicle systems, including mechanics, electrics, plumbing and appliancesAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams and schematicsExcellent problem-solving and diagnostic skillsStrong customer service orientation and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCurrent drivers licence and your own reliable vehicleWhat we offerAt Snowy River Newcastle, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.
