As a key member of our centre leadership team, you will collaborate with Educators to enhance the educational programs offered to children, deepen their understanding of child development and early years content, and guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
You will be responsible for leading the implementation of evidence-based practices, observing and reviewing educational programs, and continuously enhancing the quality of educational experiences for children. Your expertise will be invaluable in guiding the team's understanding of child development and early years content, and in championing excellence in educational practice.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and enhance educational programs
* Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content
* Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework
* Lead the implementation of evidence-based practices
Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or ACECQA approved equivalent
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current Working With Vulnerable People Card
