Loan Set Technician - Brisbane

This role performs administrative functions on behalf of the Company, representing it in compliance with the Code of Conduct, Business Principles, and employment agreements. It also involves building a culture of accountability and teamwork to provide outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
* Pick, pack, check, and receive all stock, including loan sets.
* Process and dispatch loan set/kit returns, ensuring they are intact and in good condition for re-issue.
* Conduct quality inspections of returned materials/equipment and update their status in SAP/My Mediset.
* Assist with stock rotation and removal of expired items.
* Supervise products by batch/lot and serial number, ensuring all are tagged.
* Identify booking discrepancies and initiate CAPA procedures to minimize risks.
* Handle domestic and international shipping, communicating delivery info to relevant departments.
* Track loan sets at all stages to facilitate quick turnaround and availability for the VIC Operations team.
* Support customer service with bookings and stock transactions to ensure accuracy and proper billing.
* Manage warehouse operations daily to meet branch schedules and key metrics.
* Perform related duties as assigned by the Regional Operations Manager, working closely with sales staff to optimize patient outcomes.
* Maintain ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 13485 standards, adhering to health and safety guidelines and housekeeping protocols.
Qualifications
* Certificate in warehousing and distribution.
* Experience in logistics or distribution environments.
* Experience with loan set operations and handling contaminated materials.
* Knowledge of the medical device industry and Hospital CSSD processes.
* Proficiency in SAP and RFID processes.
