This role offers flexible, non-traditional hours – no 9–5 shifts and no weekends – making it perfect for students, parents or anyone seeking real work-life balance and purpose-led work.
What you’ll do
* Plan and deliver creative, engaging activities for primary school-aged children in Before School, After School, and Vacation Care programs
* Prioritise the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of every child
* Build positive relationships with children, families and school communities
* Share your energy and ideas to support program planning and delivery
* Contribute to a clean, welcoming and inspiring environment where kids love to be

What you’ll bring
* Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services (beneficial, but not essential)
* Current Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
* First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and CPR certificates (beneficial, but not essential)
* Experience working with children (advantageous)
* Passion for supporting and inspiring school-aged children
Employment details
* Position type: Both Permanent Part time and Casual Educator roles available
* Location: Paringa Park Primary School
* Hours: Before School Care (6:30am–9:00am), After School Care (2:30pm–6:00pm), plus Vacation shifts during school holiday programs
