We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Dietitian to join our diverse health service based in Kalgoorlie, in the spectacular Goldfields region of Western Australia. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to provide clinical assessment and dietetic education in a varied and interesting caseload which includes integrated chronic disease care programs (ICDC), the national disability insurance scheme (NDIS), and private patients. We're a close knit, down to earth team with different interests and experiences to share and a common goal of providing a comfortable, friendly environment for our patients whether that be in clinic appointments, home visits or our regular (and fun!) outreach to clients living in the surrounding Goldfields towns of Laverton and Leonora.

Your skills:
* Relevant tertiary qualification and membership of Dietitians Australia.
* Good knowledge of and ability to provide education on chronic disease management and prevention.
* Developing clinical experience in case management of clients with one or more of the following chronic conditions; cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, renal disease, musculoskeletal conditions, respiratory disease.
* Ability to keep excellent records that meet best practice and can contribute to written reports in a concise, professional, appropriate way.
* Diligent, can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Working with children check and a national police certificate dated within 6 months.
