Perioperative Nursing Career Advancement Opportunity
This program is designed to support the transition of registered nurses into perioperative nursing roles. The 12-week structured transition program provides a comprehensive learning experience, including on-the-job training, coaching, and national study sessions.
Upon completion of the program, participants will be employed in part-time roles with opportunities to increase hours dependent on facility need. Permanent employment as a perioperative nurse from day one is guaranteed.

* Successful participants join our team part-time with a minimum of 32 hours over four days, increasing to five days upon completion of the program

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must have permanent work rights within Australia, a minimum of two years' experience post-registration in an acute hospital setting, and current AHPRA registration. A genuine interest and passion for the theatre environment and commitment to ongoing learning and development are essential.
