Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant to the Director, based in Sydney, NSW, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Personal Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Director, managing day-to-day schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring seamless communication. Additional responsibilities include managing clerical tasks, maintaining accurate records, and assisting the Director with various projects and initiatives to support the organization's goals. Also organising day to day needs for director and organisation.
Qualifications
* Proven abilities in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
* Expertise in Diary Management and Administrative Assistance
* Strong Clerical Skills, including document handling, filing, and data organization
* Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
* Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively prioritize tasks
* Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to multitasking
* Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with the construction or civil engineering industry is an advantage
