We are looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager who is proactive, positive, believes in solutions not problems and remains calm and service focused. The Assistant Front Office Manager is a senior position managing a team of up to 10-15 Collaborators. Direct reports include the Assistant Managers on duty, Experience Curators, Porters, Assistant Night Manager, and Night Auditors.

In addition to leadership responsibilities you will collaborate with our guests by:
- Greeting, assisting and naturally wowing guests of the hotel
- Solve any shift dramas and competently handling emergency situations
- Assisting all areas to provide excellent service in the absence of other management
- Assisting the Front Office Manager with front office operations and acts on behalf of the General Manager in the absence of senior management
- Role modelling proper workplace health and safety procedures
- Championing our Guiding Principles
- Your willingness to work across all shifts
Your many talents will include:
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within hotels preferred
- Understanding of PMS (Opera)
- Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel
- Keeping calm in challenging situations
- Ability to happily wear many hats
