Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to join a bulk earthworks project on a 2:1 FIFO roster in Kalgoorlie (from Perth). This role will play a key part in delivering technical expertise, supporting project planning, and ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and engineering input for bulk earthworks activities.
* Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting.
* Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with design specifications.
* Work closely with supervisors and project managers to resolve on‐site challenges.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
* Promote a strong safety culture across all site operations.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
* Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
* Previous experience on civil or mining bulk earthworks projects.
* Strong knowledge of project planning and quality management processes.
* Excellent problem‐solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work FIFO on a 2:1 roster.
