Your new role
In this exciting new role, you will be:
* Providing IT support to internal staff across multiple locations.
* Ensuring the integrity, performance, and reliability of business-critical systems and applications.
* Coordinating with external MSP partners and technology vendors as required.
* Managing systems enhancements, upgrades, and technical improvements across the environment.
* Assisting with general IT operations, troubleshooting, documentation, and best-practice processes.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:
* Proven experience in an autonomous IT support role, ideally within an accounting or professional services organisation.
* Strong IT troubleshooting capability across Microsoft and cloud environments
* Exposure to, or interest in learning, accounting and practice management applications.
* Demonstrated experience supporting internal staff and liaising alongside MSPs or external IT providers.
* A tertiary education in Information Technology, alongside Microsoft, Azure and AWS certifications are highly desirable.
* Excellent communication, professionalism, and stakeholder engagement skills.
