We're looking for a dynamic
Brand Manager
to take ownership of a portfolio of leading brands across beauty, haircare & personal care, to drive category growth, and shape the future of innovation within a fast-paced, consumer-centric business.
In this role, you'll take ownership of brand strategy, product innovation, retailer support and campaign execution. Working closely with marketing, sales, design and supplier partners to bring best-in-class beauty experiences to life.
About the Role
As the Brand Manager, you will lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance of multiple brands across the Beauty, Haircare & Personal Care categories. With a strong category lens, you will translate market insights and emerging trends into compelling brand plans, retail strategies, and new product opportunities.
You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, NPD, Supply Chain, Digital and external agency teams to build best-in-class brand presence, deliver sustainable growth, and elevate the consumer experience.
Reporting into the Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Analyse category data, shopper insights, and market trends to identify white space, innovation, and competitive opportunities.
* Develop persuasive sales presentations and execute promotional plans across your portfolio.
* Build strong cross-functional relationships with Sales and retailers to deliver compelling category stories and support with active participation in range reviews.
* Work closely with distributor partners to obtain NPD information, product specs, marketing assets, claims and visual imagery, and share relevant assets with internal teams.
* NPD — Lead the development and launch of new products and gift sets in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Design.
* Plan, develop and execute POS and in-store display strategies to increase brand visibility and conversion.
* Leverage existing brand assets and collaborate with external agencies to produce high-quality promotional materials.
* Work with the Marketing Manager and PR agency to execute launch events, brand activations and campaigns end to end.
* Monitor campaign performance and consumer engagement.
* Analyse performance metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders.
* Stay abreast of the latest FMCG industry trends and competitor activity within the beauty, hair care and personal care space.
About You
* 2–4+ years' experience in Brand Management (beauty, FMCG or retail preferred).
* Strong strategic thinking with a creative eye and excellent attention to detail.
* Strong category, consumer, and competitor understanding with experience using insights to drive brand strategy.
* Proven experience managing multiple brands or complex portfolios.
* Solid commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and influence decisions.
* Solid communication, influencing, & presentation skills.
* Experience managing allocated budgets.
* Highly collaborative with strong communication skills.
* Passionate about beauty, trends and consumer behavior.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Intermediate skills in PowerPoint and Canva.
