St Louis Care at Home (part of St Louis Estate) located in Claremont offers government approved home care packages, support at home services, Department of Veteran Affairs and private care services to clients within the retiring living estate and across Perth's, Western suburbs.
We are seeking a compassionate home care worker (available on Tuesday and Friday evening shifts available, plus others) to join our small friendly and professional team to work with our Estate and Community clients. A Drivers Licence and Car is essential for this role.

**As a community based Home Care Worker you can expect to assist clients with**:
- Personal Care - shower assist, dressing, medication assist services
- Transport to and from appointments
- Assist clients with independent daily living activities (preparing a meal etc)
- Social Support - assistance with shopping, social outings
- Provide companionship and emotional support
**Home Care Worker Requirement**:
- A Drivers Licence and Car is essential for this role
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, flexible and a can-do attitude
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $42.00 - $43.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
