Independent Shopper Opportunity
Creative Activation engages leading retailers and brands. As an independent shopper, you will be required to complete secret visits to retailers and/or restaurants and review the overall experience. Your feedback helps our clients measure their service performance to improve the overall customer experience. This job provides flexibility and allows you to work around your lifestyle as your own boss.
Shopper Responsibilities
* Visit various stores within a specified timeframe.
* Understand the requirements of each visit.
* Retain the information and capture any photos needed for the shop.
* Submit your survey findings online within the deadline.
