About the Role:

This two-year graduate program is designed to cultivate a varied set of knowledge and skills, providing exposure to diverse sectors and work environments.

Our graduates will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Support: Assist Senior Engineers in planning, designing, and executing engineering projects.
* Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to support engineering decisions and project outcomes.
* Technical Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our engineering solutions are cutting-edge.
* Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
* Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
* Problem Solving: Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

What We Need from You:

* A recent graduate of a tertiary degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
* Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired.
* Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desired.
* Possesses a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
* Are innovative thinkers and problem-solvers.
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
* Excellent rapport building skills and desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
