What will you be doing?
Working with the existing sales team you will convert leads into long-term clients, and drive business growth through proactive financial advice and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Acquisition: Convert warm leads and build relationships with prospective clients to convert them into loyal customers.
* Develop and deliver tailored financial strategies and investment plans.
* Client Relationship Management: Regularly check in with clients, provide ongoing advice, and ensure their financial strategies evolve with their changing needs.
* Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory updates to provide the best advice.
* Collaborate with the wider team to ensure exceptional client outcomes.

About You:
* 3+ years of experience as a financial adviser with a key focus on holistic advice.
* Tertiary qualifications in finance, economics or a related field
* FASEA qualified
* Great understanding of financial advice products and compliance
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to sell financial products and services effectively
* Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
* Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
* Someone who embraces change and the opportunity to learn and progress
