You will have
full-spectrum carriage
of your
own files -obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence+ trust deed/insurance policies, legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with the super fund, insurers/their solicitors and doctors, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

are an
admitted solicitor
with
MINIMUM 1+ YEAR (or more) personal injury legal
experience [including at
least 1+ year
specific experience in managing
TPD (total permanent disablement)/superannuation/income protection insurance
cases from start to finish;
have strong
legal research skills, are client-centric and deadline driven ;
