The Opportunity This is a rare opening for a Corporate/Commercial lawyer at the Associate to Senior Associate level who thrives on complexity. You will step away from the model of larger firms and engage directly with experienced partners and clients.
Your Remit
Complex Transactions:
Private M&A, share and business sales, and corporate restructures.
Private Client Advisory:
Assisting with family office structures, trusts, intergenerational succession planning and asset protection.
General Commercial:
Drafting and negotiating high-value commercial agreements, shareholder/unitholder agreements, and corporate governance.
Strategic Advice:
Providing pragmatic, clever legal strategies for clients.
About You
Experience:
around 3–7 years PAE in Corporate/Commercial law from a reputable law firm.
Discretion:
You understand the sanctity of privacy for high-profile individuals.
Technical Excellence:
Superior drafting and a keen eye for detail are a must.
Commercial Maturity:
The ability to think beyond the law and understand the dynamics of a business and commercial enterprises.
