The University of Melbourne is seeking a Project Officer to support the Office of the Dean in the Faculty of Education. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects, administrative processes, and strategic initiatives across the Faculty.
* Provide high-level project, administrative, HR, and finance support to the Office of the Dean.
* Coordinate appointments, academic promotions, performance reviews, mentoring initiatives, and other faculty programs.
* Support executive committees, working groups, and faculty events by preparing documentation, managing logistics, recording outcomes, and maintaining intranet content and communications.
* Manage operational resources, including space allocation, procurement, and supplies.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing high-level project, administrative, HR, and finance support to the Office of the Dean.
* Coordinating faculty processes, including drafting communications and offering rotational cover for team members.
* Supporting executive committees, working groups, and faculty events.
* Managing operational resources.
